Voicemails often go unanswered, leaving patients with no choice but to visit in person just to get basic questions addressed. Insurance issues are another headache—they delay updates until the last minute, and if your insurance isn’t accepted, appointments are abruptly canceled without adequate notice or assistance. Saw Dr. Wang who told me to stop feeding my baby who doesn't eat. I nurse her and his solution to all her feeding problems was to stop nursing her after I pick her up from day care and not to nurse her at night or any other time. And it was suggested that we switch to formula, but she doesn't take bottles. Essentially his logic is that since adults don't eat in the middle of the night my 10 month old shouldn't either.

Dr Duggal went into specific detail explaining what treatment I needed, and was very reassuring at a time I needed it most. She was very professional with a sense of humor, every question answered, I felt confident in her care. I also needed prompt action and between Dr Duggal and her office manager Summer, between the two of them they were able to resolve complex scheduling and insurance approval challenges. Dr Madrilejo saved my wife's life, when other doctors where giving a wrong diagnostic and my wife continue with the treatment giving and her health was worsening day by day not able to hold food she was eating,. Dr. Harshit Shah is the best! After struggling with so many issues (weight gain, diabetes, fatigue, etc.) Dr. Shah who looked at things at a deeper level, he found nodule on my left adrenal gland and referred to UCLA surgeon, then followed every time I see surgeon and finally with his close communication with surgeon, affected adrenal gland was removed. He, Dr. Shah got me to a place where I feel better (more energy + less medication for high blood pressure, my A1C improves due to cortisol level established), started loosing weight.
