Allina Health Buffalo Clinic
303 Catlin St Lower Level, Buffalo, MN 55313, USA
There was no wait to check in at the front desk. The person who assisted me was very friendly and personable and didn't get upset when I told her I needed to switch to a WC claim, even though it took more work on their end. I would give the desk 5 stars, I wish I remembered their name. I was seen immediately. The provider, Paul Smaciarz, seemed rather inattentive and didn't seem to care much about why I was there. I had an injured finger that wasn't healing. They asked about 2 recently added prescription and then later asked if I was taking ibuprofen and, if not, recommended it for the swelling. Ibuprofen is contraindicated with one of my new meds. I had to remind the provider about that. As they walked me up to x-ray, I was informed they email the results. I asked about going back to the exam room and he stated no. I asked about my splint then. We turned around and went back to the exam room where the LPN applied the splint. But then I had to go to x-ray and have it removed. It seems like it would have been more appropriate to have me come back to the exam room AFTER the x-ray to have the splint applied. Instead, I had to reapply the splint myself with one hand after the x-ray. They also didn't tell me how long to leave the splint on when at the appointment. When I asked, he told me 6-8 weeks if broken, but nothing about if it wasn't. I asked the LPN and she guessed around 4-6 weeks, which seemed incredibly long for just a sprain. Very unorganized. I gave 3 stars only because of the front desk. If it weren't for an x-ray diagnosing my injury, I would have definitely gone elsewhere for a second opinion.
Dr. Mohammed Ahmed
9055 Springbrook Dr NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433, USA
This endocrinologist is the worst Dr that i ever had. I had gotten a phone call from his nurse telling me that he wanted to see me sooner rather than later. That message was also in mychart as well too. So when I went in to see him for my appt he never said anything about it until I mentioned it. And he had the nerve to tell me that I must've been confused. No I wasn't. I had to live with the stress thinking that my cancer had come back during Easter holiday. And so I reported him to his supervisor. And when it came time for one of my medications to be filled i found out from the pharmacy that Dr. Ahmed had canceled it cause I reported him. If you have to see a endocrinologist PLEASE see someone else he can't remember anything that he say's OR does

611 W Francis St ste 200, North Platte, NE 69101, USA
Victoria Ryvkin, MD
199 W Rand Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056, USA
