Dr. Susan E. Henley, MD
325 E Fontanero St, Colorado Springs, CO 80907, USA
My mother was referred to Susan Henley's office in mid May of 23. She was told that they had everything and that she would get a call to schedule an appointment. It is now July 17th 23. I first spoke with a woman on my mothers behalf this morning who told me they didn’t have everything and that they needed a scan. I hung up and called her other Doctor to have it sent over for the second time and called back to verify if the received it. That’s when I spoke to possibly the rudest woman in my life. She didn’t want to check because she said the phone was ringing off the hook and they get tons of faxes. I politely asked her to please check in which she put me on hold by saying hold on. She came back to the phone and said yes we got it. I asked when they would get back to my mom and she said I don’t know we have 35 people waiting. I again asked very nicely if she could ask that this be followed up on as they told my mom the same thing 2 months ago. She proceeded to say “yup” in the nastiest tone and hung up on me. I would hope that if it were her mother or child calling she wouldn’t want to be treated that way. At this point I hope to never have to speak to this office nor want anyone to be treated like she treated me. If I could give negative stars I would. She was absolutely appalling.

Wow, I can't believe the negative reviews. I was sent to Jean by my Dr. a long time ago because my thyroid tests were all over the place, one time high, next time low. She immediately said it could be because I was on a generic medicine, switched me to Synthroid and everything's fine, never had to increase or decrease the dosage. That's the difference between generic and brand name drugs. Thank you, Jean.
