Dr Moryan prescribed me Humulin R-500, I weigh less than 160 pounds and maintain a low carb diet. R-500 is a concentrated form of insulin and predominantly used for people taking more than 200 units a day. This prescription is criminal neglect! Dr Moryan prescribed me Humulin 70/30 which is an old form of insulin used in the 90s. I kept asking for some fast acting insulin as I was always high in the 300s, he wouldn’t do it. There is no after hours number, the office staff is an unknowledgeable about diabetes, I had to explain I needed needles for a pen that was not an ink pen! They filled my rx incorrectly multiple times. Glad this joker is retired but here I am unable to refill my life saving medication. Criminal.

I was out of town on a business trip and ran out of my medication. I called this office to request an exception to refill my prescription, as it was crucial I had it while away. They refused, stating I had an upcoming appointment and could not make an exception. I rushed back from Austin for the appointment, arrived 10 minutes late, and was turned away—charged a $75 no-show fee. Today, I had a virtual appointment scheduled for 2:15 pm. They called me at 1:45 pm to collect the $75 fee and promised to send a link for the virtual meeting. However, no link or call ever came. I called them back at 2:35 pm, was put on hold for over 10 minutes, and finally spoke to someone claiming to be the office manager, who was incredibly rude. They informed me the doctor was busy. Not only were they late, but they also never informed me the doctor was running behind. They’re quick to collect payments but don’t seem to care about providing timely service to their patients. I'm extremely disappointed with their unprofessional behavior and caution others to be aware of this when visiting. I’m now switching to a doctor who respects both their patients' and their own time. A practice that is driven by greed and no human touch is not the place i want to be! Found a new practice where I will be moving my file to continue to see going forward.

Always something! I love how the front desk stays in touch, however, EVERYTIME I have a visit and my scripts need refilling, there is ALWAYS a problem. They need approval or didn't get called in. This is frustrating because I order 90 days at a time due to extensive travel. I've been held up on travel plans because I had to wait for them to correct the problem. It's even worse when it's the weekend. I'm being held up AGAIN for travel! UPDATE: Received a call from after hours Doctor. She called in my prescription, but NOT the Dexcom that needed approval because it insurance will not cover Freestyle Libre 3 anymore. See what I mean? It's always something. Mistake after mistake after mistake. You are NOT important at this office, you are a number and a bill. That's it!

I have been struggling with issues for quite some time. After seeing countless doctors, just 10 minutes with Dr. Kolli gave me such relief. I actually feel a sense of hope that I haven't felt in a long time. The front office- Susan and Gail- are amazing. I highly recommend this office.

I had the absolute worst experience at this doctor’s office. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional, treating patients as if they are an inconvenience. The billing process is a complete mess, and good luck trying to get in contact with anyone. They don’t answer the phone or respond to any messages you send. As for Dr. Haq—completely dismissive and uninterested in my concerns. She rushed through the appointment, barely listened to anything I had to say, and acted like my symptoms were unimportant. I left the office feeling worse than when I went in because of how condescending and uncaring she was. Thankfully, I was able to get diagnosed and treated elsewhere. I urge anyone considering this office to look elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated this poorly. Avoid at all costs!
