Holy Cross Medical Group Endocrinology and Internal Medicine
4701 N Federal Hwy Building A, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308, USA
The ladies in the front are so mean. I have never been to a doctor's office and been treated like this. The moment I entered the door A-27 they each looked me up and down as if I was a scarecrow. The office was completely empty, 5 ladies behind the glass desk and no one said hello. After about 3 minutes Cilina said hello, I walked up to her and told her who I was and that I am here for my appointment. Syon starts butting in telling me how she has called me twice since the day started and how she called me to get my health insurance information and how I didn't answer. As if, she did not see when I came in and said absolutely nothing. Just the day before today Syon called me asking for my health insurance information and before I could log into the insurance app to give her the member ID number she told me she can’t wait and I must call the office back. All in all, I had an horrible experience at Dr. Sebastian Perez's office. The ladies in the front office he has working for him needs to be reevaluated. They are not friendly, not welcoming, not kind or compassionate. After experiencing this it has me questioning if Dr. Perez might reflect these same attitudes and characteristics that both Syon and Cilina has. There is absolutely no diversity in the office and I think a change should be made. I firmly feel like taking my business elsewhere.
Ikna M Krysiak, DO
3001 NW 49th Ave #303, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33313, USA
Arlene in the front office is wonderful! She is very kind and patient and provides excellent help and customer service. Doctors lately always seem in a rush to get in and out of the room, but not Dr. Krysiak. She is compassionate and takes the time to listen to you and help you get what you need to become healthy. She saved me hundreds of dollars each month by letting me know which insurance companies cover my diabetes medication, and for that I will be forever grateful! I have no idea why this office has such low reviews. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Dr. Krysiak!
Miguel Ihosvani MD
1777 S Andrews Ave #201, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, USA
After the endocrinologist Dr. Abelove passed away, it was impossible to find another endocrinologist who preferred Armour Thyroid over those awful synthetics which made me fat, gave me headaches, heart palpitations, etc. and an RN friend referred me to Dr. Ihosvani. Thank goodness! I feel normal, can loose weight when I want and if you have a PDR medical book you can see the simple Ingredients of natural Armour Thyroid-and not everyone can take synthetic thyroid medication. Thank You Dr. Ihosvani!
