Diabetes & Endocrine Associates of Tarrant County

I am truly grateful for my visit with Dr. Mair. He took the time to thoroughly review my medical history prior to my appointment. He also spent ample time to explain everything with great clarity and expertise. His professionalism and compassion are rare and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Mair to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and attentive endocrinologist. Additionally, the front office staff was always kind and helpful, making the entire experience pleasant. I am unsure why there are so many low reviews, as I have had nothing but positive and responsive interactions with the office staff. I feel badly that not everyone has had that same experience.
DFW Endocrinology
3848 N Tarrant Pkwy Ste 120, Fort Worth, TX 76244, USA
Possibly the worst customer service experience from any doctor I’ve ever had. I called several time without a callback. I the Findlay used her website to use their email text function (I was excited about this feature). First contact for me was December 2nd, one day later they texted me (thanks for contacting us plz call us) no answer the couple times I called. I also texted them that I left a message. And sent I the release. 2 days nothing, texted them in the 5th they got back to me in the 9th. I gave up found someone else hat the apt follow-up appointment and labs before they got back to me on the 19th. I don’t know about the Dr. because I never met her. She should fire the entire office staff and hire a new manager. Front office is the most valuable job in running a business.
Dr. Anjanette S. Tan, MD
6844 Harris Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76132, USA
Love Dr. Tan and the staff! Staff makes you feel welcomed and friendly too. Dr.Tan is professional and personable. You don’t feel like a number but feel cared for. I highly recommend her - she is GREAT!
Diabetes and Thyroid Center of Fort Worth
6844 Harris Pkwy Suite 300, Fort Worth, TX 76132, USA
Ms.Tan seemed nice, though I didn't spend much time with her on my first visit. Her nurse was helpful, listened, tried to answer my questions and was thoughtful when I wasn't sure of how to explain my issues to her. Neither of them were demeaning or cold towards me as others have been which made me very comfortable to talk to them. I didn't have any issues with the front desk either, another huge plus for me except they sent my lab order to a different place then what I had asked but maybe the lady just misheard me so I'm not mad:). All in all, first appointment was great. Hopefully my next one will be too.
