Huntsville Hospital Endocrinology & Diabetes Clinic
201 Sivley Rd SW Suites 440 A, 440 B & 320, Huntsville, AL 35801, USA
I asked my PCP to send me to an endocrinologist so je sent me to Dr. Reddy. I have had Hoshimotos for 30 years and because I can not lose weight even on 800 calories a day I am pre diabetic now and very close to diabetic. She saw me for all of 5 minutes and never looked me in the face. She said my A1C was not diabetic and to come back when I was a full blown diabetic. I asked about my thyroid and got no response. She said to eat 1000 calories a day, walk 10k steps per day and that would resolve it or to take mounjaro. I was already exercising to the point of hurting myself repeatedly. I am 52 and need to lose more weight but have been unable to lose any more in over 2 years after losing a lot. So I have been on mounjaro for 4 months now and have lost a whopping 1 pound. I really can't eat less. I get shakes and weakness. Hair falling out. None of my doctors care or jist believe I am a liar about my diet but she really really made it obvious. I wouldn't go ask to her if my kidneys were falling out from diabetes. I will find someone else or just die with it I suppose. I don't feel doctors care much anymore if they can't prescribe medicine that is bankrupting insurance companies. So, I didn't have a good experience here and I don't expect she will read any of this or care at all.

He was so professional and easy to explain my condition. Very kind and explained every so well.
Ankur Jindal, MD, MBBS, ECNU
201 Sivley Rd SW Suite 440 A, Huntsville, AL 35801, USA
His reviews had me terrified to go to his office. I have Graves Disease & this is my second time being out of remission. I've been real emotional, & seeing these reviews had me crying until my appointment because of how stressful this has been for me, I didn't need someone to dismiss me or be mean. My original Endo has passed away & I needed a new one. Dr. Jindal's took me in as a work in, & I am so very thankful for that. His nurse & staff are polite, & he was very nice as well. He explained every treatment option for me, tried to get my blood work from my PCP, but didn't want to wait forever so he patiently waited with me for 15 minutes before I just decided I wanted to go ahead & have him redo the blood work so he could have it. He is working me in again in February & I couldn't be more thankful. My original appointment was set for March 31st. During this appointment I also cried, because I'm just so tired, & he reassured me that I was going to be okay, & we will work together to figure this out. I'm sorry to the folks who has had a bad experience, but that happens sometimes.

Vasudha Reddy, MD
201 Sivley Rd SW Suite 440 A, Huntsville, AL 35801, USA
My PCP sent a referral on October 23, I called their office a couple of days later and was told the referral goes through a process and could take up to 2 weeks to approve. The office person advised to call back if I hadn’t heard from them in 2 weeks. Waiting 2 weeks to see a specialist isn’t unheard of so no problem. The problem occurred when 2 weeks later I called the office only to be told they had no records of my referral. I know the referral was there because i saw it the day it was sent and I can still see it on my insurance website. I was told to have my PCP resend everything. At this point No thank you i had already lost 2 weeks waiting so instead I called my PCP and explained what happened, and ask them to send me to a different doctor. They sent the new referral to the new doctor the same day I called. The next morning I called the new doctor and was immediately scheduled for an appointment. If I can see the referral there’s no reason why they couldn’t see it too.
