Joliet

Endo-Med Clinic, SC
3033 W Jefferson St Ste 206, Joliet, IL 60435, USA
The staff here is so friendly and cheerful! And I really really like Dr El Harake because he didn't go along with other suggestions that I should have surgery to remove my thyroid just because I had nodules. Instead he had a biopsy done and saw no need. I appreciate his conservative approach.
El-Harake Wassim A MD
3033 W Jefferson St Ste 206, Joliet, IL 60435, USA
I love Dr. El Harake I’ve been seeing him for seven years but for some reason I can’t get a hold of anybody in the office so I’m writing this review and hopefully they’ll see it and contact me back
Dr. Nabeel Jabri, MD
210 N Hammes Ave Suite 106, Joliet, IL 60435, USA
The front desk staff is lazy and incompetent of doing prior authorization. For 6 months I got nothing but the run around and lies. When I spoke with Dr. Jabri about his staff he said, well prior authorizations are hard to do and tried to switch my diabetic medication. I refuse to switch medicine because his staff can't properly do their job and he is submissive to them. Needless to say, I left and went to another doctor and now no longer paying out of pocket for my diabetic medicine. I highly do not recommend this this doctor. His office won't thrive until he hires new staff that are properly educated in the medical field.
Dey Lucy MD
202 N Hammes Ave, Joliet, IL 60435, USA
I still don’t understand why Dr Dey has only 2 start cuz I totally disagree!!! She is very thorough and explains everything to you. Thanks to her I finally know what’s wrong with me and I am so grateful with her. She is a very good listener and I have referred my family and friends to see her!!! That should say something!! Don’t let the 2 start review scare you call her office and make appt.
Babak Pazooki, MD, MS, FACE
2100 Glenwood Ave, Joliet, IL 60435, USA
After having an appointment scheduled several months out, this doctor cancelled my appointment 5 days prior to the appointment date. I scheduled with them because they are in-network, and because this doctor seemed like a good fit after researching online. Their reasoning for cancelling was because my primary care is not in their system, and because I don’t have a referral, and because they are selective on testosterone treatment. This doctor also miss-gendered me and called me “mr.” in the cancellation note in MyChart! The doctor is insensitive and discriminatory in that regard, besides the fact that I don’t need a referral based on my insurance and that I provided my PCP details when the appointment was set. This is a warning to the community to do your research on this doctor before deciding on treatment from them.
