I needed clearance from a doctor for an oral surgery that was suppose to happen next day. They refused to work with me to get that done without being seen. If you’re not paying them you’re not getting help. I’ve had my condition longer than their nurse practitioner has been alive. I know more about it than she knows. When I’ve gone in they’ve asked me what medication I need and how much because of their lack of understanding of my condition. Now I’m in extreme pain and can’t get the clearance I need for surgery. Thanks

Janica Trice is one of the best Doctors I have EVER had, and I’m 73 years old, why??? Because she listened to me, we actually had a conversation about me, and she was not staring at the computer or note pad , there was eye contact, and she had answers to my Questions. The medical society needs more like her. She treats the WHOLE person.

This place is a joke I missed an appointment once and forgot to call and cancel it so when I called to reschedule they charged me a no show fee which I was fine with. I rescheduled my appointment and had a family emergency come up mowing that they charge a fee I called and cancelled it and told them I would call them when I was ready to reschedule. Time comes that I am ready to reschedule I call and they tell me that I have another missed appointment fee. I told her he’ll no I made sure to call you because I had to pay a fee before and knew that I needed to see the dr so did not want to pay the fee again she told me we show no record of it and she can not do nothing unless I have proof I called. This place is a joke and has tried to hit me with more fees than any other Dr office I have been to. The lady was rude and acted like she did not even care that she was going to lose a patient over this after I told her that I know for a fact I cancelled and her employees did not note the account to me it is bad business and I will find another Dr to see .

Dont expect to make an appointment for any time soon but once you get your appointment, it's easy, breezy. Short time spent in the waiting room and short time to see the dr once you are you're in a room. The doctor and staff are beyond nice and they actually listen when you talk most times. I drive 45 min in order to see Dr. Rahnema. I was only in the room long enough to capture these pics, looking out the window
