Lubbock

Texas Tech Physicians: Endocrinology
3601 4th St, Lubbock, TX 79430, USA
Our doctor is great! Kirsy is always with an attitude every time I call. I asked for her name and she repeatedly asked what mine was. Kirsy needs some better customer service skills as she’s never able to answer my questions. A gentleman answers at times and he is great! Would rather always speak with him instead of Kirsy. Also called another time and was put on hold by kirsy for 6 minutes and was disconnected after waiting. Kirsy also transferred me when not needing to be transferred.
Nelson Lum, MD
3801 50th St Suite 6, Lubbock, TX 79413, USA
Dr. Michael R. Macadams, MD
2716 82nd St, Lubbock, TX 79423, USA
Staff was rude and unhelpful. Refused to just call the PCP office and made us schlep all the way to our PCP and back to get a physical copy of a piece of paper, only for Macadams to tell us he has been paid off by Medtronic and was either too greedy, lazy, or uneducated to treat any other kind of device. His office successfully wasted 4 hours of my wife and my time.
Ramya Undamatla, MD
4515 Marsha Sharp Fwy W, Lubbock, TX 79407, USA
I have been with Dr. Undamatla for several years, and she has worked with me to get my A1C into the 5's (Yes, I said 5), the most recent a 5.4. I respect her, and I know that she respects what I have to say as well. That is very important in health care. Her team is top notch as well.
Jose R Beceiro, MD
3601 4th St 2nd Floor, Lubbock, TX 79430, USA
Seen MD Berceiro for many years now. Started in my late twenties. He listens and cares. I'd so recommend him. However for an appointment you'll be waiting at least a year and that was before they were busy. As of 2023 staff is very busy so it may take more then a year to get in and prescriptions getting refilled will also take awhile. I don't believe this is anything wrong with the doctor him and his staff are wonderful. Its just due to short staff at the hospital internal medicine. Expect long waits for phone calls and never miss your appointment and never be late. Awesome Doctor I hope he never retires!!!
