I am a new patient with Tri City Endocrinology and Dr.Alhakim and was very pleased with the care I received. Dr. Alhakim was very thorough with a review of my medical history and bloodwork. She reviewed my medications and we discussed an action plan that would keep me moving forward with maintaining and improving my health. I felt very comfortable asking questions and she was engaged and thoughtful throughout my visit. I am very happy with my initial experience and look forward to continuing a positive relationship with Dr. Alhakim. Her staff are friendly and professional!
Dr. Gyan S. Brard, MD
217 S 63rd St STE 105, Mesa, AZ 85206, USA
He may be a good doctor but the clinic is completely mis-managed. As an endocrinologist, there should be no "emergencies" to create such a delay in being seen, EVERYTIME I GO! This last appt. was scheduled at 4:15, after waiting 45 minutes, I asked the desk what was going on and was told there were still 2 patients in rooms in the back ahead of me! I asked why if they were so behind, was I not informed of that fact so I could choose to wait or re-schedule and their lame excuse was, "it can happen and we don't know about it". Mis-management. I asked for my results and was told there wasn't a nurse available to give them to me and I needed to see the doctor. I disagreed. They would not provide me with my results directly, instead asked if I wanted a telehealth appt. the next day and I agreed. That appt. was scheduled for 11:30. By 12:00, the doctor still had not joined the call. I finally got through to the office after being on hold for 10 minutes and was told the dr. would call me as soon as he could. If this is how the practice operates, then WHY HAVE APPTS AT ALL??????????????????????????? I'm done with this practice.
Banner Children's Specialists Endocrinology Clinic
1450 S Dobson Rd Suite B221, Mesa, AZ 85202, USA
Dr Hahnke is a truly exceptional clinician! He takes his time with all of his patients, shows a great level of concern, caring and compassion when working with our son as well as us as his parents. The way he connected with our son immediately has made all of the difference in this sometimes hard journey with Type One Diabetes. I will forever sing his praises, as there are plenty of providers in general who fall short where he absolutely excels.
Valley Endocrine Associates
217 S 63rd St STE 105, Mesa, AZ 85206, USA
Good appointment. Quicker than normal. I arrived right about mt 10:15 am appointment time. Usually we sit there waiting to get called back. We sat down and almost immediately was called. I like that. The receptionist was very nice today, not that they are ever not nice but today she was exceptionally nice. 👍 My visit with Dr Brard went good also. I don’t think that I have any more at all for today’s appointment. 😎
Dr. Vidhyalakshmi Kannan
8427 E Baseline Rd STE 104, Mesa, AZ 85209, USA
One of the front desk techs scheduled me ON A SATURDAY. I thought it was weird that she scheduled me of a weekend day. I assumed maybe they got new hours?? I did NOT receive a appointment confirmation call, text, nor email. I didn’t even get a call with my blood test results which are horrible!!! It’s been a month and I haven’t received and medication for my hyperthyroidism. I have horrible symptoms and it’s taking over my day to day life. Dr. Kannan and staff need to be reevaluated
