My clinic set me up with an appointment with Phoebe. I waited a few months only to have her cancel because she was sick. I understood and sympathized. I later tried to rebook and she told me what she had available and I asked what availability the following month as I work shift work and couldn’t make that work. She didn’t provide me with following month availability and said either on this day or nothing. I was very polite with her and quite surprised at her response. Unfortunately I won’t be calling back.

Dr. Beca is the best doctor I ever have. He sent me to the best surgeon (who won the best doctor + best teacher at university), which made my recovery so speedy. He's humorous, extremely kind, understanding and smart. He's the best in saving government resources as well as patients' money. If every doctor works like him, this would be a much better world indeed. I really love him!

I have been seeing the doctor at this clinic for nearly 7 years and have never missed an appointment, because I always receive a text reminder 2 weeks prior my appointment. However, I recently missed one because I didn’t get the usual reminder. When I called to check, I was informed that I missed the appointment and would be charged a $75 fee. I explained that I hadn’t received a reminder and scheduled another appointment the following week. When I arrived for the new appointment, the front desk insisted I pay the missed appointment fee. I showed them proof that I hadn’t received a reminder for either the missed or the newly booked appointment, but they claimed their system showed a reminder had been sent. Even after asking them to book another appointment on the spot to prove I wasn’t receiving texts, no message came through. After explaining this to another staff member and ensuring I opted in for reminders, I finally received a reminder for my next appointment. It turns out they had changed their system, and I had not been receiving reminders due to the new system. Despite this, they still charged me the $75 fee and didn’t acknowledge their error.

Dr. Leung is very efficient, she took her time to examine my situation and prescribe treatments based on her recommendation. Two weeks after I felt so relieved everything was back to normal. Also Mona the dietitian went above and beyond to help me and made sure I was well taken care of.

Dr Lisa Fraser(endocrinologist) and staff are professional, intelligent and personable. Wait time is usually always minimal. A rewarding informative experience over the last 3+ years. Located conveniently in London, Ontario. Thanks Dr. Fraser for changing my life for the better. (Thanks to you and the Prolia injections I’ve had no more broken bones)Look forward to seeing you again next year. A real asset to the LMC family.
