Portland

OHSU Harold Schnitzer Diabetes Health Center and Endocrinology Clinic, Marquam Hill
OHSU Physicians Pavilion, 3270 SW Pavilion Loop Suite 140, Portland, OR 97239, USA
I've had one (and a half) type one diabetic pregnancies managed by providers here. I've had no issues with them, always send off my prescriptions quickly and my prior auths to insurance have never been lost. I will say I highly recommend Bethany Russotto, she is a PA and is absolutely wonderful. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she will even put your medication orders in while you're in the appointment with her.
Leah Wilson, M.D.
OHSU Physicians Pavilion, 3270 SW Pavilion Loop, Portland, OR 97239, USA
Was a great listener and took immediate action to help me with reaching a solution to medical issues. Wish I had come to her sooner.
Portland Diabetes & Endocrinology Center, P.C.
9135 SW Barnes Rd #985, Portland, OR 97225, USA
EDIT: changing my review from 1 Star to 3 Star. Following my review, someone from the office followed up with me by phone and was very accommodating and understanding of my frustration. I don't want to pull the negative review down so I'll just keep updating as things progress and I wanted to give credit where credit's due for addressing customer complaints. _______ Nothing against the endocrinologist or nurses here as I haven't been able to successfully make an appointment to be seen. There is one person responsible for handling new patient intake and they only accept referrals + full medical records sent via FAX. When you try to call them you get sent to a voicemail that says they are scheduling appointments for more than 12 weeks out and it will take multiple weeks to process handle patient intake forms. Seems intentionally antiquated to impose a barrier for care. For context, I'm Type 1 diabetic and just changed insurance. All I want is to establish care with an endocrinologist to ensure my prescriptions don't get interrupted while I work to get an appointment scheduled. There's no way to get in contact with an endocrinologist until you go through the new patient bureaucratic gauntlet. All of this would be made easier with a new patient onboarding process that wasn't from 1980.
Endocrine Clinic: Karl Diane M MD
5050 NE Hoyt St # 317, Portland, OR 97213, USA
Paitient for 4 years. I've always had positive experiences and since I've been seeing Dr. Karl my A1C has gone down and I've lost weight.
Dr. Patricia A. Burford, MD
5050 NE Hoyt St #414, Portland, OR 97213, USA
Dr. Burford herself if an excellent doctor who I've been seeing for my thyroid cancer for 8 years. However, her office has become increasingly difficult to work with. Nothing is done online or with my chart and frequently in the past 6 months to get anything done requires multiple phone calls and persistence on my end. I have made the unfortunate decision to start over with a new endocrinologist due to my time not being respected. To give you another example it took me 7 calls/ voicemails to request my records be transferred, and three weeks for it to be completed. I regret to say although Dr. Burford is amazing for exams, the management is horrible and I would not recommend anyone to go to her.
