Inland Endocrine
9471 Haven Ave #140, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, USA
How is it possible that this office has such high reviews. I used to be a patient of Inland Endocrine. This use to be a good office when Dr. Reddy owned it. I use to be able to get an appointment with in a couple of 2 months. I had a emergcy with my insulin pump, so I called in and was told I had to wait six months for a appointment.. this office has turned into a joke. I do not recommend them to anyone. They don't care if you live or die.
Ibrahim Mahmoud A MD
7974 Haven Ave #290, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, USA
This doctors office made me wish Google allowed - star reviews because giving them 1 Star seems too much. I was referred to this office by my child’s pediatrician. The first time I called them I spoke to a female named Tony who wanted to charge me $300 to schedule an appointment because according to her, she “ didn’t know if she had received the doctor referral” because she would have to “get up and look for it on the other side of the office”. I tried to explain my child has PPO coverage so she didn’t the need the referral & could give her insurance info for her to verify but she said her system was down so she couldn’t verify so I would have to pay in order to schedule the appointment. We hung up, and she called me 20 min later to tell me she found the referral & I could schedule the appointment but that I would have to contact the pediatrician to have them send doctor notes & labs — which I did. If this office received the items they requested I don’t know. I’ve called this office 6 times the last 10 days & left 4 voicemails requesting a call back and they have not called me back. I know my pediatricians office has had an equally unpleasant time trying to work with this office staff & get them documentation they say they need. These are children that need care. Why get into this line of work if you’re unwilling to help.
SoCal Endocrinology Clinic and Wellness Center
164 W Hospitality Ln ste 119, San Bernardino, CA 92408, USA
All my questions were answered. I felt I was heard and able to have a conversation with Dr. Haytoglu about my prescriptions that I had trouble with at my previous doctor. We discussed the new technology available for me and at the end of the visit, the Dr. ordered all the new prescriptions. It's a well-oiled machine where I am taken care of without a million phone calls back and forth between my doctor and insurance. Update: While there were technological hiccups between the doctor's office and my insurance, when I came back to the office to sort out what was going wrong, they addressed the issues right then. Unfortunately, they are understaffed, but the women at the front desk are knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful to work out any issues.
Dr. Ewa H. Konca, MD
520 E Foothill Blvd suite c, Pomona, CA 91767, USA
I've been going here for years and I never had a issue. I called to see if I could come by for bloodwork papers during my lunch. The man on the phone was super (at first) polite, he said he left my message. I was in a hurry because my appointment was fast approaching and I needed to do a walk in to do my bloodwork. I told the man I can wait on hold to be sure I wasn't driving over there on my lunch for no reason, then he says in a condescending tone you can always drive down there. I work three jobs in between finishing my masters in education, I don't have time to just drop by. So I call during my lunch as I'm planning on leaving, and someone hangs up on me!!! According to all the reviews everyone is experiencing the same thing. Taking time off of work is not easy and this is unacceptable

This office has a answering service, no patients are allowed to call into the actual Dr office for appointments, nor to confirm appointments. Messages left for a return call are never called back. I wish I would have known this sooner. I will be switching this endo.
