Dr. Ramon M. Garza, MD
19016 Stone Oak Pkwy #120, San Antonio, TX 78258, USA
We read reviews before seeing Dr. Garza. Despite the low reviews we went with him because we did not have a choice, everyone else was booked for a month out. We were pleasantly surprised with Dr. Garza at first. He’s patient and listens and our experience with him was positive. His staff seemed to always mess up the prescription orders to pharmacy, and it’s hard to reach his office by phone. We were fine with that, we were happy to have a good doctor and deal with the rest. However, our next appointment is 3/29. I called today 3/18 for a question and some other office answered, advising us Dr. Garza retired 2/1. No notice to us, no call, text, email, nothing. So we are out of medication and out of a doctor. Dr. Garza I wish you well in retirement sir but this left a bad taste in our mouth.
