This clinic is poorly organized; the nurse has made a bunch of mistakes from not sending blood test requisitions correctly to the blood testing center, to misspelling my son's name resulting in us not being able to log into their system to look for said blood test requisition. We arrived for the blood test appointment only to be told that the blood test center never received any blood test requisition from this clinic. Had to make a series of calls (with long wait times) to get them to fax the test requisition after 2 trips to the blood testing center. My son had a video appointment with the doctor just now to discuss the blood test results. She came 40 minutes late! and only spoke for like 5 minutes. My son was already late for his lecture at school because of how incredibly late the doctor was. This clinic functions poorly and will cost you a lot of time, stress and money.

Dr Jue is amazing. He is an encyclopedia of info. He really listens and explains things in detail. And the front office staff is always amazingly helpful.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff at Dr. Cabaccan's clinic. The two receptionists were unprofessional and irresponsible when handling my medication requests and overall patient care. On several occasions, they ignored my requests while chatting about unrelated matters. Despite providing my prescription information in advance, they failed to submit it to the pharmacy on time, causing a delay of over a week. When I followed up, they even lied about having sent it. Only two out of three required items were sent to the pharmacy, leaving me without the necessary supplies. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Having lived in the U.S. since the 1990s, this is by far the worst service I have encountered. Dr. Cabaccan needs to address these serious issues with the front desk staff, or more patients will continue to be affected. If you must deal with this clinic, be prepared to triple-check everything with the receptionists. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

My regular endocrinologist was out of town and Dr. Bindra was covering. She seemed too busy to even have a 10 minute conversation even though my medical situation had changed and I was a new patient asking for a changed prescription. I asked specifically for the branded version of my medication and she sent the generic to the pharmacy anyway. And she just generally seemed like she could care less about her work or her patients. I would not recommend this physician.
