Dr. Kishiyama is amazing. My daughter was diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism and he took the time to explain everything to us and what the next 3 years would look like and beyond. He even came in on his day off to see us because it was urgent. He is kind and always answers all our questions and puts our mind at ease. Our daughter is developing just lovely due to his care. Thank you!!!
Jennifer Jones, ARNP

Jennifer was polite and attentive. She did a great job in helping me with my needs and listened to me as a person, not just a number. The reception staff was nice also. They were happy and appeared to like their jobs which makes being at the doctor not such a chore. Thanks to you and your team.
MultiCare Rockwood Diabetes & Endocrinology Center
400 E 5th Ave #4, Spokane, WA 99202, USA
They either do not have someone answering the phones at this office, or they need to hire more people. I needed to reschedule my appointment and waited on the phone for 35 minutes, 2 different times and nobody ever answered. I ended up canceling my appointment because it concerns me that they don't care enough about their patients to answer their phone calls.
MultiCare Rockwood Diabetes & Endocrinology Center - Spokane Valley
14408 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99216, USA
You can bring a friend to your office visit. They just need to answer a few questions about their possible Covid exposure and submit to a temperature check
Providence Endocrinology
105 W 8th Ave #7010, Spokane, WA 99204, USA
Incredibly frustrated with this facility after my previous endo retired. The provider I was scheduled with, while their bedside manner was fine, I waited 40 minutes for them to see me for 15 minutes and basically just tell me I need lab work and then they'll review it-why the lab work wasn't requested prior to the appointment is beyond me. I drove an hour and a half for this appointment, originally having to take 4 hours off of work in total for this but that was extended to 5 hours due to having to wait. I understand that everyone is short staffed, but at least communicate that to your patient after 20 minutes of waiting that it may be a longer wait. It just comes off so unprofessional and so disrespectful of the client's time. Clients are expected to be respectful of clinical staff's time, why it doesn't go both ways is baffling to me.
