Padma Lal, M.D.
600 E Genesee St Computer Lab, Syracuse, NY 13202, USA
This doctor was recommended to me by a co worker. I really wanted a specialist to work with my thyroid. I had an amazing one back home and really wanted a great one in Syracuse. During my first appointment I noticed she was rather rude about the way she spoke about others but I ignored. For my third appointment I needed labs. Sadly I got Covid and was not able to have them done. She wants us to go to Quest Diagnostics and getting an appointment can sometimes be annoying. I also had multiple other appointments and wanted to have them the same day so I did not have to take many days off work. I was not able to go to one of the appointments for her but I still paid her. When I came in with labs and everything she had an attitude. She gave me the stink eye when I was speaking to my mom on the phone while waiting for her. I hanged up, she said I was hard to reach. I had already explained about the Covid and my work issue. She said "This is goodbye, you primary can keep working with you" and just left. Not even a two minute appointment that obviously I will end up paying for. The worst part, this lady did not even discuss the labs with me. She then said bye very rudely. This lady thinks she is better than everyone else and belittles everything. How she even has patients is beyond me. I go to a doctor to be taken care of, not to be mistreated. Analyze yourself doctor, you are all the things you so much criticize.
