I saw this doctor on Sept 15, 2020. (But I bet their office will have “no record of me” just like the other bad reviews. Probably due to their entirely paper record system. No electronics allowed in this office.) If you want an office that demands you arrive at a certain time yet wont see you for maybe an hour or so after your appointment time - this is your place! I arrived with my entire medical record printed, organized, and put into a binder for this office since they are so outdated in technology there is no portal to provide records. When I was called to the check in desk I was given attitude about not providing records and I showed my binder organized by date and provider. I saw the doctor (luckily my husband was with me) and I also find it odd I was told to undress for an endo appointment. All the technology and machinery in this office is from like 1970. I was not listened to by the doctor when I explained my concerns. I was also asked if I was going to have kids or not. As someone dealing with infertility that wad NOT an appropriate question to ask at all. After ignoring me some more - I was just guided to do an ultrasound in a weird room filled with printed pictures of what I assume is his dog? A weird pug plastered all over the walls. Paint chipped walls. The ultrasound tech was not gentle. Never were my concerns listened to. (I was trying to get pregnant but had elevated prolactin levels). Instead of requesting an MRI to rule out prolactinoma - he just dismissed me. Before I left I heard a woman (who I believe is the doctors wife) talking badly about me for not sending in my records. I walked up at the right time and the receptionist got quiet and said this is the patient. I asked for all my records back and saw a REAL doctor at the mayo clinic and got real testing done with state of the art technology. And funnily enough when I got my ultrasound records from this office and showed it to my endocrinologist at Mayo he laughed and said these images are blurry and he doesn’t know how anyone would be using their machine that needs work done on it. I got new ultrasound images done at Mayo. *RUN* from this doctor’s office. His license should really be revoked. I told my obgyn to never refer anyone to them again and she was so apologetic and removed him from her list. Again, RUN. Can’t wait to see what the *PR manager* will say to discredit my accounts of my visit. Hey pr manager - if you likely say there’s no record of me why do I have photos of your creepy pug filled, paint chipped, 1970’s cracked wall, ultrasound room?

The doctor can come across rude and dismissive. He also discussed my personal information with the door open which seems like it could be a HIPPA violation should anyone have walked down the hall. The office has an outdated policy of “powering off” your phone rather than silencing it/not taking calls while being seen. There were people in the waiting room on their phones playing videos loudly without anyone asking them not to. While I was in my room waiting for the doctor for 15 min, I was scrolling social media without any volume while I waited. The doctor opened the door and very rudely said “power off your phone” rather than displaying any manners or respect to ask me. In my appointment, I received several messages but didn’t answer them. He saw me GLANCE at my phone and told me again to “power off.” I told him I have a daughter in the hospital and that I needed to have my phone on in case they call. I cannot just have my phone off but I would not respond to a message while in the appointment. He then escorted me up front, gave me a refund and told me to schedule another time because I wasn’t following the policy. Then, the office staff told me that the doctor requested I find a new Endo (which of course I was planning on doing anyway). Yes, I didn’t follow an outdated policy. However, I wasn’t treated with any respect or empathy. I DO NOT recommend going to this practice

I find it very odd that being it's a doctor's office and there are no doors for the disabled you have to rely on someone to open the door for you, and there's only one disabled parking spot. Also, if you're claustrophobia, the lobby is very small and tight. You can hear everyone's conversation. I wonder what happened to the American with Disability Act. Also, no one is blaming the tenants it the responsibility of the owner who owns the buildings complex.

Good appointment. Quicker than normal. I arrived right about mt 10:15 am appointment time. Usually we sit there waiting to get called back. We sat down and almost immediately was called. I like that. The receptionist was very nice today, not that they are ever not nice but today she was exceptionally nice. 👍 My visit with Dr Brard went good also. I don’t think that I have any more at all for today’s appointment. 😎
