I completely agree with the other complaints about this clinic. It is a total waste of time to go there. Not only was the doctor late, but he also walked into the room with an arrogant attitude, barely looked at me, said nothing about my case, and didn’t explain anything. He just glanced at the paperwork the nurse had already reviewed and left the room! The nurse working with him told me to schedule a follow-up appointment in a month, and only during that visit would they prescribe the medication I need. This is absurd because they already had all my test results, and the nurse had already told me what I would need to take but they did not prescribe it. Instead, they’re delaying! The doctor didn’t make eye contact, interrupted me several times when I tried to ask questions, and clearly had no idea about my case. In my entire life, I have never had such a horrible medical experience or such an awful level of care.

My daughter is a Type 1 diabetic and she has been a patient here for 6 years. Every doctor and nurse in this practice is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about them honestly. I have always felt safe with their care!
Dr. Ian S. Elliot, MD
4235 Secor Rd, Toledo, OH 43623, USA
Unhelpful and dismissive. I was referred by my gynecologist due to some levels on my bloodwork. My gynecologist stated that there could be an issue with my adrenal glands. He chalked up my issues to my birth control and told me he wouldn’t do anything until I changed that. He told me to have another discussion with my gynecologist on what to do next. He didn’t explain to me what the levels on my bloodwork indicated and if my kidneys were in good health. He didn’t want to do any follow up tests or bloodwork, and did not want to schedule a follow up visit. I do not recommend seeing him and I will not return. I left his office just as clueless on my condition as I walked into it.
